This was the first time we have ever visited Family RV. After visiting other dealers and not having the best of experiences; we were a bit apprehensive to trade in our old and purchase a new one. Mike & Larry were friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to answer our questions, there was no pressure to buy, took their time with us. After showing us what they had in stock, we decided on a model not on the lot. The rest of the process was smooth as butter, from the ordering of the model we wanted, the sale, finance paperwork thru the delivery. Everyone, and I mean everyone, were great. They were knowledgeable, helpful and took the time needed for us to understand everything. Mike in service gave us a very thorough walk thru of the unit and all the systems and installed a sway control system. Compared some other dealers we visited, we just can't say enough about this experience. Laid back, attentive, no pressure...you inject the positive adjectives and they will apply. Family RV Center exceeds friendliness, making you feel important and welcome, giving a fair and honest deal, and always making sure you are taken care of. The service I received from the gentlemen, I believe the service manager, one of the mechanics and a sales guy too, was beyond 5 star. I just stopped in to see if they had a part for an A/C unit. They checked and could order one and maybe have it by Thursday, we were leaving for a trip Friday. Instead, the service manager went out to the garage, asked the mechanic if there was a unit that was being used for parts and they removed the cover, I verified that it was the correct part. They dismantled it and brought it out to me, in 5 minutes or less. I paid for the part and walked away a very happy, satisfied customer. We will definitely be back for any of our camping needs.
